The hyperactivation of PI3K/AKT signaling in PTEN wild‐type triple‐negative breast cancer represents a clinical paradox. We delineate a novel post‐translational regulatory axis wherein the oncogene TSPYL5 competitively antagonizes the deubiquitinase USP10.

Tunable Negative Thermal Expansion in Fe/Cr‐Substituted Nd2Co17 Compounds via Magnetoelastic Coupling

This study achieves anisotropic thermal expansion tuning in Nd2(Co1‐xFex)17‐yCry compounds via a magnetoelastic strategy. Dual Cytoplasmic and Chloroplastic Mechanisms Fine‐Tune Chloroplast Division through ARC3 Protein Stability

ARC3 levels are controlled by cytosolic and chloroplast proteolytic systems. PUB52 mediates ARC3 precursor ubiquitination and degradation in the cytosol, while CLPC1 promotes ARC3 degradation in chloroplasts, where ARC2 protects ARC3 from excessive breakdown. Disrupting these components causes chloroplast division defects, placing them upstream of ARC3.
