KBTBD13 is a novel cardiomyopathy gene

open access: yesHuman Mutation, Volume 43, Issue 12, Page 1860-1865, December 2022., 2022
Abstract KBTBD13 variants cause nemaline myopathy type 6 (NEM6). The majority of NEM6 patients harbors the Dutch founder variant, c.1222C>T, p.Arg408Cys (KBTBD13 p.R408C). Although KBTBD13 is expressed in cardiac muscle, cardiac involvement in NEM6 is unknown. Here, we constructed pedigrees of three families with the KBTBD13 p.R408C variant.

Intersection of duality and derivation relations for multiple zeta values [PDF]

open access: yesarXiv, 2022
The duality relation is a basic family of linear relations for multiple zeta values. The extended double shuffle relation (EDSR) is one of the families of relations expected to generate all linear relations among multiple zeta values, but it remains unclear as to whether all duality relations can be deduced from the EDSR.
