Physicochemical Parameters and Subunit Composition of Yeast Phosphofructokinase [PDF]
The properties of proteolytically non‐modified phosphofructokinase from baker's yeast were investigated by means of hydrodynamic, electrophoretic, and chemical methods. The sedimentation coefficient shows a linear dependence on the protein concentration down to 0.01 mg/ml. The sedimentation coefficient has been determined to be S020,w= 20.81 S.

Assessment of surface water from physicochemical parameters
Unwanted changes in the physical, chemical, and biological features of air, water, and soil pose a serious hazard to people all over the world. Water is highly polluted with various dangerous chemicals as a result of the rising human population, industry, fertilizer use, and man-made activity. Weathering of rocks and leaching of soils, mining processes,

STUDY OF PHYSICOCHEMICAL PARAMETERS RIVER KHAN
Water quality is closely linked to water use and to the state of economic development. Water pollution occurs when unwanted pollutants are discharged directly or indirectly into water bodies without adequate treatment to remove harmful compounds. Water pollution affects plants and organisms living in water bodies and also to the natural biological ...
