Neuronal PKM2‐driven glycolysis generates excess lactate that triggers histone H3K18 lactylation (H3K18la), establishing a pathogenic metabolic‐epigenetic axis in epilepsy. Elevated H3K18la enriches the Cop1 promoter, transcriptionally upregulating the E3 ubiquitin ligase COP1, which subsequently drives proteasomal degradation of GABAARβ2 and impairs ...

3D Chromatin Architecture Provides Insights Into Leaf Trait Variation Among Pear Species
ABSTRACT Three‐dimensional (3D) chromatin architecture plays a fundamental role in eukaryotic gene regulations, its functional significance in perennial fruit trees remains poorly characterized despite extensive applications in crop genomics. Here, we developed high‐resolution (∼5 kb) Hi‐C maps of Pyrus and compared 3D genomic architecture of three ...

Stability Analysis of Picard Iteration for Coupled Neutronics/Thermal-Hydraulics Simulations
In this paper, we present a formal Fourier analysis (FA) of Picard iteration for the coupled neutronics/thermal hydraulics (N/TH) problem and derive theoretical predictions for the spectral radius of Picard iteration for such coupled calculations as a ...

This study demonstrates that iron overload triggers widespread chromatin compaction and transcriptional repression in human granulosa cells, recapitulating features of endometriosis. The epigenetic reprogramming is orchestrated by a TFEB‐SOX4‐SWI/SNF axis, with SOX4 acting as a central, dosage‐sensitive regulator.

Wardowski conditions to the coincidence problem
In this article we □rst discuss the existence and uniqueness of a solution for the coincidence problem:Find $p in X$ such that Tp = Sp; where X is a nonempty set, Y is a complete metric space, and$T; S : X to Y$ are two mappings satisfying a Wardowski ...

DNA Replication Errors Drive Genome‐Wide Small Inverted Triplication Dynamics
This study provides insight into the dynamic equilibrium mechanism of a novel structural variant, small inverted triplication (SIT), which is generated by misalignment of the 3’ flap generated under DNA replication stress with palindromic sequence. Alternatively, the end sequence may fold back on itself to form an inverted fragment.

Multi‐omics analyses uncover breed‐specific cis‐regulatory landscapes and higher‐order chromatin architectural differences that underlie early postnatal muscle fiber divergence in pigs. A super‐enhancer upstream of PPP3CB recruits MEF2C to activate PPP3CB transcription, while the PPP3CB–MEF2C positive feedback loop promotes oxidative muscle fiber ...

Floral meristem (FM) activity is crucial for the initiation of floral organs. In this study, SE represses IPT7 expression and cytokinin signaling via both the miR171c‐5p–KNAT2 and miR164c–CUC1/2–KNAT2 regulatory modules, thereby repressing FM activity. In contrast, STM induces both KNAT2 and IPT7 expression.

A Comparison of Picard and Newton Iteration In the Numerical-solution of Multidimensional Variably Saturated Flow Problems [PDF]
Picard iteration is a widely used procedure for solving the nonlinear equation governing flow in variably saturated porous media. The method is simple to code and computationally cheap, but has been known to fail or converge slowly.

A non‐canonical core transcriptional regulatory circuit, composed of ID3, SMAD3, and NR2F2, drives Osimertinib resistance in non‐small cell lung cancer through super‐enhancer‐mediated activation of EPAS1, which couples neuroendocrine differentiation with ferroptosis evasion.
