High‐Brightness, Wide‐Gamut, and High‐Resolution Structural Colors via Ultrafast Laser Oxidation of Ti/TiO2 Films

open access: yesAdvanced Science, Volume 13, Issue 13, 3 March 2026.
Ultrafast laser writing on titanium (Ti)–titanium dioxide (TiO2)–Ti sandwich films triggers controllable oxidation (〉200 nm) to create vivid, durable structural colors. The colors reach 〉 80% of the standard RGB (sRGB) gamut, up to 60% peak reflectance, and 30,000 dots per inch (DPI) resolution for art and anti‐counterfeiting.

Controlling Bubble and Skyrmion Lattice Order and Dynamics via Stripe Domain Engineering in Ferrimagnetic Fe/Gd Multilayers

open access: yesAdvanced Physics Research, Volume 5, Issue 3, March 2026.
The density and ordering of the bubble/skyrmion lattice hosted by Fe/Gd multilayers can be significantly enhanced using an in‐plane field to align the stripe domain state. As a result, the laser‐induced breathing mode dynamics are strongly modified, showing both an increased amplitude and frequency.

When Antibiotics Leave a Mark: Minocycline‐Induced Hyperpigmentation

open access: yesClinical Case Reports, Volume 14, Issue 3, March 2026.
Bluish discoloration of the dorsal aspects of the hands and nails. ABSTRACT This article presents two patients with significant minocycline‐induced hyperpigmentation, illustrating the diverse clinical manifestations across various body sites. Judicious use of minocycline and early recognition of its adverse effects are crucial to reduce the risk of ...

Pt‐Decorated Bi4Ti3O12/CeO2 Heterojunction for Highly Selective CO2 Photoreduction to Methane

open access: yesChemCatChem, Volume 18, Issue 6, 27 March 2026.
ABSTRACT Solar‐light‐driven CO2 photoreduction offers a promising route for mitigating carbon emissions while enabling sustainable fuel generation. Aurivillius‐type bismuth titanate (Bi4Ti3O12) is an attractive photocatalyst owing to its structural stability and ferro‐/piezoelectric properties; however, its application in gas‐phase CO2 conversion is ...
