Piecewise mABC fractional derivative with an application

open access: yesAIMS Mathematics, 2023
<p>In this study, we give the notion of a piecewise modified Atangana-Baleanu-Caputo (mABC) fractional derivative and apply it to a tuberculosis model. This novel operator is a combination of classical derivative and the recently developed modified Atangana-Baleanu operator in the Caputo's sense.

A hybrid approach for piecewise fractional reaction–diffusion equations

open access: yesResults in Physics, 2023
In this paper, the Caputo and Atangana–Baleanu fractional derivatives are handled to introduce a type of piecewise fractional derivative. More precisely, a linear combination of the Caputo and Atangana–Baleanu fractional derivatives are considered in ...

On Using Piecewise Fractional Differential Operator to Study a Dynamical System

open access: yesAxioms, 2023
This research work is devoted to undertaking a dynamical system representing SARS-CoV-19 disease under the concept of piecewise fractional-order derivative using the Caputo concept since long-memory and short-memory terms are not well explained by ...

The dynamics of the HIV/AIDS infection in the framework of piecewise fractional differential equation

open access: yesResults in Physics, 2022
We study the HIV/AIDS infection dynamics using the new concept of piecewise fractional differential equations in the sense of Atangana–Baleanu derivative.

Studying the Dynamics of the Rumor Spread Model with Fractional Piecewise Derivative

open access: yesSymmetry, 2023
Sensitively altered news, commonly referred to as rumors, can lead an individual, organization, or nation astray, potentially resulting in harm, even to the extent of causing violence among large groups of people. In this digital age, news can be easily twisted and rapidly spread through the internet and social media.

Convergence Analysis of Cubic Spline Function with Fractional Degree and Applications [PDF]

open access: yesمجلة جامعة الانبار للعلوم الصرفة, 2023
In this paper, a fractional degree cubic spline scheme is proposed and analyzed for fractional order with the multi-term Riemann–Liouvile (R–L) derivatives. For the integral and fractional differential equations, we handle fractional continuity equations

Rossler’s system using piecewise derivative

open access: yesResults in Physics, 2023
This article deals with a piecewise system named piecewise Rossler’s system which exhibits a concept of piecewise derivatives based on Classical-power-law randomness, Classical Mittag-Leffler-law-randomness, and Classical fading memory randomness ...

New Coronavirus (2019-nCov) Mathematical Model Using Piecewise Hybrid Fractional Order Derivatives; Numerical Treatments

open access: yesMathematics, 2022
A new mathematical model of Coronavirus (2019-nCov) using piecewise hybrid fractional order derivatives is given in this paper. Moreover, in order to be consistent with the physical model problem, a new parameter μ is presented. The boundedness, existence, and positivity of the solutions for the proposed model are discussed.

Approximate Solution of Fractional Integro-Differential Equations by Using Bernstein Polynomials [PDF]

open access: yesEngineering and Technology Journal, 2012
In this paper, Bernstein piecewise polynomial is used to approximate the solution of the fractional integro-differential equations, in which the fractional derivative is described in the (Caputo) sense. Examples are considered to verify the effectiveness
