Molten Salt‐Derived Double Transition Metal MXene (Ti2NbC2Tx) as a Capacitive Material for Energy Storage Applications

Molten‐salt synthesized Ti2NbC2Clx MXene was treated with APS to obtain O‐rich Ti2NbC2ClxOγ MXene. The replacement of chlorine termination with oxygen significantly enhances lithium‐storage behavior in LP30 electrolyte, leading to higher current response, and enhanced reversible Li+ intercalation compared with Cl‐terminated Ti2NbC2Clx MXene.
