On the Responsibility of Piezoelectric Actuator

A kind of multilayer piezoelectric actuators were manufactured to be able to respond within 10∼100 µsec for pulse field, and examined the pulse responsibility. The response time might be rather strongly dependent on the sample conditions than both of driving voltage and generated strain.
