Dynamic Prediction of Pile Static Bearing Capacity
Journal of the Soil Mechanics and Foundations Division, 1969Using field-measured hammer force as the input function of time, analytical studies are employed to predict pile dynamic response. When these predictions are compared to dynamic results obtained in the field, it is found that good predictions of pile ultimate static bearing capacity are obtained from the analytical studies.
