Acute Kidney Injury After Mechanical Thrombectomy for Stroke in Patients With Pre‐Existing Renal Impairment

open access: yesAnnals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Objectives Acute kidney injury (AKI) is a common but often underrecognized complication in ischemic stroke patients undergoing mechanical thrombectomy, particularly among those with pre‐existing renal impairment. Laterally loaded piles in dense sand: Group effects

open access: yes, 1998
In this study, centrifuge tests were conducted on a group of two model piles at 40g, in order to investigate the lateral group effect. A method is established to get the P-y reaction curves from the experimental results and test conditions. These P-y curves are compared to common design codes (P.H.R.I.-Japan, A.P.I.-USA, Fascicule 62-France).

Memory and Resting‐State Connectivity in Acute Transient Global Amnesia: A Case–Control fMRI Study

open access: yesAnnals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Background and Objectives Transient global amnesia (TGA) is a striking model of isolated amnesia. While hippocampal lesions are well described, the network‐level mechanisms and the precise neuropsychological profile remain debated. Our objective was thus to characterize functional and neuropsychological correlates of acute TGA and their ...

Comparative Effectiveness and Safety of Inebilizumab Versus Rituximab in AQP4‐IgG‐Positive NMOSD

open access: yesAnnals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Objective Rituximab (anti‐CD20, RTX) and inebilizumab (anti‐CD19, INE) represent B‐cell‐depleting therapies used for aquaporin‐4 antibody‐positive (AQP4‐IgG+) neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder (NMOSD); however, direct comparative evidence remains limited.

Clinical Impact of NOTCH3 Variant Location After First Stroke in CADASIL

open access: yesAnnals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Objective Despite its monogenic origin, Cerebral Autosomal Dominant Arteriopathy with Subcortical Infarcts and Leukoencephalopathy exhibits marked variability in clinical expression and severity. Variants in the NOTCH3 gene, within epidermal growth factor‐like repeat domains 1–6 or 7–34, are known to influence disease onset, but their impact ...
