Steroid‐Induced Cardiomyopathy: Insights From a Systematic Literature Review and a Case Report
Anabolic‐androgenic steroids (AAS) abuse is associated with severe cardiovascular risks, particularly AAS‐induced cardiomyopathy. This systematic review highlights that most cases show left ventricular dilation and reduced ejection fraction.
