[Case study: a calcified epithelial odontogenic tumor (Pindborg tumor)].

The calcifying epithelial odontogenic tumor is a benign but locally aggressive tumor. Occasionally the term Pindborg tumor is used after the Danish pathologist who first described this tumor as an entity. The clinical feature is most commonly a slow-growing painless swelling. The tumor may show considerable roentgenographic variation.
