Non-Steady State Moisture Diffusion Flow in Homogenous Pineapple Leaves Particleboard

Advanced Materials Research, 2013
Non steady state diffusion flow is unstable movement of moisture in a material which changes with respect to time. Diffusion coefficient describes the rate at which water moves from the interior to the surface of the materials. Absorption and desorption are the variables that are used to determine the diffusion coefficient.

[Studies on phenolic constituents from leaves of pineapple (Ananas comosus)].

Zhongguo Zhong yao za zhi = Zhongguo zhongyao zazhi = China journal of Chinese materia medica, 2007
To study the phenolic constituents of the leaves of pineapple.Chromatographic methods were used to isolate compounds from the leaves of pineapple and spectroscopic methods were used to identify the structures of the isolated compounds.7 compounds, ananasate (1), 1-O-caffeoylglycerol (2), 1-O-p-coumaroylglycerol (3), caffeic acid (4), p-coumaric acid (5)

Fabrication of Cellulose Powder Dielectric Composite Material using Pineapple Leaves Fiber

Journal of Advanced Research in Applied Sciences and Engineering Technology
Pineapple, known for its delicious taste and nutritional value, generates substantial waste in the form of cores, leaves, and skin, resulting in significant yearly accumulations. Efficient disposal of pineapple waste has become a critical challenge due to its increasing production and potential environmental pollution. The objective of this paper is to

Investigations on the fibers of pineapple [Ananas comosus (L). Merr.] leaves

Carbohydrate Research, 1981
Abstract Hemicelluloses were isolated from pineapple-leaf fibers under different conditions. Study of the properties of these hemicelluloses gave direct evidence of some ester linkages between the hemicellulose and the lignin in this fiber. An aldobiouronic acid was isolated from this fiber hemicellulose, and characterized as 2- O -(4- O -methyl-α- d
