A new cyclolignan glycoside from the tubers of Pinellia ternata

A new 2,7'-type cyclolignan glycoside, cyclolignanyingoside A (1), together with six known compounds (2-7) were isolated from the tubers of Pinellia ternata (Thunb.) Breit. The structure of 1 was elucidated on the basis of chemical and spectral analysis, including 1D, 2D NMR analyses, HR-ESI-MS, and CD spectrometry.
