Hard exclusive electroproduction of decuplet baryons in the large N_c limit [PDF]

open access: yes, 1999
The cross sections and transverse spin asymmetries in the hard exclusive electroproduction of decuplet baryons are calculated in the large N_c limit and found to be comparable to that of octet baryons.

Color Confinement, Hadron Dynamics, and Hadron Spectroscopy from Light‐Front Holography and Superconformal Algebra

open access: yesAdvances in High Energy Physics, Volume 2018, Issue 1, 2018., 2018
The QCD light‐front Hamiltonian equation HLF|Ψ〉 = M2|Ψ〉 derived from quantization at fixed LF time τ = t + z/c provides a causal, frame‐independent method for computing hadron spectroscopy as well as dynamical observables such as structure functions, transverse momentum distributions, and distribution amplitudes. The QCD Lagrangian with zero quark mass

Diffractive Bremsstrahlung in Hadronic Collisions

open access: yesAdvances in High Energy Physics, Volume 2015, Issue 1, 2015., 2015
Production of heavy photons (Drell‐Yan), gauge bosons, Higgs bosons, and heavy flavors, which is treated within the QCD parton model as a result of hard parton‐parton collision, can be considered a bremsstrahlung process in the target rest frame.

Study of Neutrino Reactions for Low Values of Q2

open access: yesAdvances in High Energy Physics, Volume 2013, Issue 1, 2013., 2013
Low‐energy neutrino interactions are calculated using results from PCAC and experimental data. The method is restricted to small values of Q2 where it provides a benchmark for the axial form factor. Vector contributions were already determined using CVC. Comparisons with available data from recent experiments are satisfactory. The results indicate that

Recent Developments in Neutrino/Antineutrino‐Nucleus Interactions

open access: yesAdvances in High Energy Physics, Volume 2012, Issue 1, 2012., 2012
Recent experimental results and developments in the theoretical treatment of neutrino‐nucleus interactions in the energy range of 1–10 GeV are discussed. Difficulties in extracting neutrino‐nucleon cross sections from neutrino‐nucleus scattering data are explained and significance of understanding nuclear effects for neutrino oscillation experiments is

Electroproduction of pion pairs

open access: yes, 2006
We study hard exclusive electroproduction of two pions in the QCD factorization approach at next-to-leading order (NLO) in the strong coupling. The pion pair can be produced both in an isovector and in an isoscalar state. The angular distribution of the produced pion pairs allows one to project out a component that depends on the interference of the ...

Deep inelastic pion electroproduction at threshold [PDF]

open access: yesPhysical Review D, 2007
We consider the cross section of the deep inelastic pion electroproduction on a proton target at threshold for Q2 in the region 5–10 GeV2. The corresponding amplitudes are described in terms of two form factors which we calculate using light-cone sum rules to leading order in QCD and including higher twist corrections.

Exclusive electroproduction of two pions at HERA [PDF]

open access: yesThe European Physical Journal C, 2012
The exclusive electroproduction of two pions in the mass range 0.4 < M < 2.5 GeV has been studied with the ZEUS detector at HERA using an integrated luminosity of 82 pb-1. The analysis was carried out in the kinematic range of 2 < Q2 < 80 GeV2, 32 < W < 180 GeV and |t| < 0.6 GeV2, where Q2 is the photon virtuality, W is the ...
