Phenotypic and genotypic characterization of single circulating tumor cells in the follow‐up of high‐grade serous ovarian cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Single circulating tumor cells (sCTCs) from high‐grade serous ovarian cancer patients were enriched, imaged, and genomically profiled using WGA and NGS at different time points during treatment. sCTCs revealed enrichment of alterations in Chromosomes 2, 7, and 12 as well as persistent or emerging oncogenic CNAs, supporting sCTC identity.

Optimal pigging scheme and residual water distribution law in the initial pigging of undulate pipelines

open access: yesYou-qi chuyun, 2021
Water accumulation in the low-lying areas of undulate pipelines will seriously threaten the operation of pipelines. Herein, the optimal pigging scheme for the initial pigging stage of the large undulate pipelines in mountainous areas was studied by test,

Circular RNA expression landscapes in myelodysplastic neoplasms: Associations with mutational signatures and disease progression

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
In this explorative study, the abundance of circular RNA molecules in bone marrow stem cells was found to be elevated in patients with high‐risk myelodysplastic neoplasms, and to be associated with an increased risk of progression to acute myeloid leukemia.

Performance improvement, renovation and application of RMG offtake and regulating device in gas transmission station

open access: yesYou-qi chuyun, 2020
RMG512 self-operated monitoring regulator, a key offtake device, has been widely used in China's gas transmission pipeline offtake stations. With the promotion of "centralized monitoring" production management mode in stations, higher requirements have ...

Colorectal cancer‐derived FGF19 is a metabolically active serum biomarker that exerts enteroendocrine effects on mouse liver

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Meta‐transcriptome analysis identified FGF19 as a peptide enteroendocrine hormone associated with colorectal cancer prognosis. In vivo xenograft models showed release of FGF19 into the blood at levels that correlated with tumor volumes. Tumoral‐FGF19 altered murine liver metabolism through FGFR4, thereby reducing bile acid synthesis and increasing ...

Discussion on equal inner diameter technology for onshore high-grade large-diameter natural gas pipelines

open access: yesYou-qi chuyun, 2022
The equal outer diameter design(the inner-tapered bevel design) of onshore high-grade large-diameter natural gas pipelines has effectively improved the quality problems of welding at place of pipeline with unequal wall thickness. However, the problems ...

Joining the CCS Club! Insights from a Northwest European CO2 Pipeline Project [PDF]

open access: yes, 2012
The large-scale diffusion of Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS) imposes the construction of a sizeable CO2 pipeline infrastructure. This paper analyzes the conditions for a widespread adoption of CCS by a group of emitters that can be connected to a common

Bootstrapping Deep Neural Networks from Approximate Image Processing Pipelines

open access: yes, 2018
Complex image processing and computer vision systems often consist of a processing pipeline of functional modules. We intend to replace parts or all of a target pipeline with deep neural networks to achieve benefits such as increased accuracy or reduced ...
