Direct hysteroscopic endometrial sampling and pipelle sampling in perimenopausal women
Minerva Obstetrics and Gynecology, 2022Abnormal uterine bleeding is a common cause of hospital admission in perimenopausal women. It can be the first sign of many diseases such as endometrial cancer and endometrial hyperplasia. Endometrial sampling is valuable in early diagnosis and treatment.

Outpatient Endometrial Sampling with the Pipelle Curette
Gynecologic and Obstetric Investigation, 1994This study compares outpatient endometrial sampling using the Pipelle endometrial sampling curette with conventional dilation and curettage (D&C) in patients with abnormal uterine bleeding. Endometrial sampling with the Pipelle curette was performed in 172 and D&C in 97 women. No complications were encountered with either of these procedures.

Comparison of cytospat and pipelle endometrial biopsy instruments
European Journal of Obstetrics & Gynecology and Reproductive Biology, 1997To compare two endometrial biopsy techniques, based on the quality of material obtained, cost effectiveness, and pain during the procedure.A single blind, randomized prospective study.A total of 365 women with peri/postmenopausal bleeding were randomized into two groups: 174 biopsied cytospat (C) and 191 biopsied with pipelle (P).

Endometrial pipelle biopsy compared to conventional dilatation and curettage
Irish Journal of Medical Science, 1997Dilatation and curettage (D + C) is the most common operation performed in Britain. The liberal use of D + C has been criticised. The objective of this study was to evaluate the use of outpatient endometrial pipelle biopsy and determine its safety in terms of detecting abnormalities. Complications and financial costs were also evaluated.

Accuracy of Pipelle Endometrial Sampling in Endometrial Carcinoma
Gynecologic and Obstetric Investigation, 1994In this prospective study, we compared the histological results of Pipelle endometrial sampling (PES) with that of hysterectomy to examine whether endometrial sampling with the Pipelle device can accurately diagnose endometrial carcinoma. PES was performed in 26 patients with known endometrial carcinoma whose initial therapy consisted of hysterectomy ...

Pipelle endometrial sampling in patients with known endometrial carcinoma
International Journal of Gynecology & Obstetrics, 1992The purpose of this prospective clinical trial was to determine the reliability of the Pipelle endometrial biopsy instrument in recovering adequate tissue for confirmation of the diagnosis of endometrial cancer in patients with known endometrial carcinoma, and to compare endometrial histology of the sampling specimen with that of the subsequent ...

Research on rheological behavior in slurry pipeling transportation
The 27th Chinese Control and Decision Conference (2015 CCDC), 2015Rheological behavior is an important parameter in the slurry pipeline transportation, it has a direct impact for the resistance loss and critical velocity on pipeline. It is extremely important to exact test and calculation the rheological parameters.
