We report a case of a 40‐year‐old woman who presented with complete left upper lobe obstruction secondary to a large endobronchial leiomyoma which represents one of the rarest benign airways tumours. The leiomyoma was successfully resected via a combination of diathermy snare, cryo‐recanalisation and argon plasma coagulation (APC).
