Reversal Asymmetry of Reciprocal Metasurface Enables Ultra‐Compact Varifocal Reflective Lens
Laser &Photonics Reviews, EarlyView.The possibility of breaking the reversal symmetry of a lens without violating reciprocity is demonstrated. The freedom provided is utilized to realize an ultra‐compact reflective varifocal lens‐doublet based on a flat metasurface lens and a piezoelectric actuated micromirror.

Macromolecular Materials and Engineering, EarlyView.A novel, structurally colored and pH‐responsive filament for FDM 3D‐printing is presented, which is based on tailored core–shell particles with methacrylic acid as a comonomer in the particle shell. The pH‐responsiveness of the printed objects is achieved due to particle swelling in alkaline conditions.
