Implantable Self‐Powered Systems for Electrical Stimulation Medical Devices
In this paper, the design strategy and clinical application of ISS are discussed in depth from four aspects: the design and optimization of the energy collection module, the selection and preparation of adaptive electrode materials, the innovation of system design strategy, and the biological effect of electrical stimulation of ISS.

Morphology-inspired Unsupervised Gland Segmentation via Selective Semantic Grouping [PDF]
Designing deep learning algorithms for gland segmentation is crucial for automatic cancer diagnosis and prognosis, yet the expensive annotation cost hinders the development and application of this technology. In this paper, we make a first attempt to explore a deep learning method for unsupervised gland segmentation, where no manual annotations are ...

Surgical management of Rathke's cleft cysts [PDF]
Journal ArticleRathke's cleft cysts (RCCs) are non-neoplastic cysts that arise from glandular rests of Rathke's cleft in the area of the intermediate lobe of the pituitary gland.

A Recessive Mutation Resulting in a Disabling Amino Acid Substitution (T194R) in the LHX3 Homeodomain Causes Combined Pituitary Hormone Deficiency [PDF]
Background/Aims: Recessive mutations in the LHX3 homeodomain transcription factor gene are associated with developmental disorders affecting the pituitary and nervous system. We describe pediatric patients with combined pituitary hormone deficiency (CPHD)

Chronic social stress elevates oxytocin levels, leading to immunosuppression by enhancing regulatory T‐cell activity and promoting anti‐inflammatory macrophage polarization in the spleen. Blocking oxytocin signaling reverses these effects but worsens stress‐induced behavioral disorders and reduces survival rates. This highlights oxytocin's dual role in

Impact of Ovariectomy on the Anterior Pituitary Gland in Female Rats
Ovariectomy (OVX) causes a depletion of circulating estradiol (E2) and influences hypothalamic kisspeptin neurons, which govern gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) release and ultimately gonadotropin secretion. In this study, we examined the changes induced by OVX on the anterior pituitary gland in female rats.

A Touch Enabled Hemodynamic and Metabolic Monitor
This work presents a touch‐based hybrid platform for simultaneous monitoring of vital signs and sweat metabolites. With a simple tri‐finger touch of 4–6 min, users can concurrently get to know their glucose, uric acid, cortisol levels from fingertip sweat, along with blood pressure and heart rate.

Vasoactive intestinal polypeptide in the chicken anterior pituitary gland [PDF]
In birds, prolactin secretion is stimulated by a hypothalamic prolactin releasing hormone, vasoactive intestinal polypeptide (VIP). Active immunization against VIP suppresses both prolactin and LH secretion.

Molecular and cellular pathogenesis of adamantinomatous craniopharyngioma. [PDF]
Adamantinomatous craniopharyngiomas (ACPs) are the most common pituitary tumours in children. Although histologically benign, these are clinically aggressive tumours, difficult to manage and associated with poor quality of life for the patients.

CeiTEA: Adaptive Hierarchy of Single Cells with Topological Entropy
CeiTEA, a novel hierarchical clustering algorithm based on topological entropy, effectively captures complex structures underlying data. By constructing an adaptive multi‐nary partition tree, CeiTEA reveals hierarchical structures and local diversifications, outperforming existing methods in clustering accuracy and consistency and providing the ...
