Isoreticular Metal–Covalent Organic Frameworks With Engineered π‐Conjugation for Efficient Photocatalytic Hydrogen Production

open access: yesElectron, Volume 4, Issue 2, May 2026.
By constructing an isoreticular Cu3‐cluster‐based metal–covalent organic framework platform with systematically tunable π‐conjugation, the physicochemical properties can be finely modulated within a well‐defined structural framework, thereby establishing a precise conjugation–performance correlation to govern the charge separation/transport, and thus ...

Trait‐Relevant Tasks Improve Personality Prediction From Structural‐Functional Brain Network Coupling

open access: yesHuman Brain Mapping, Volume 47, Issue 7, May 2026.
Significant associations between the Big Five personality traits and structural‐functional brain network coupling are absent during resting state but emerge during trait‐relevant tasks. Carefully designed trait‐relevant tasks may amplify individual differences in trait‐related neural characteristics and thereby enhance their detectability.

Heat Transfer Performance of Biphilic Surfaces With Diatomite‐Based Composite Coatings in a Closed Thermosyphon System

open access: yesHeat Transfer, Volume 55, Issue 3, Page 1608-1638, May 2026.
ABSTRACT This study investigates the thermal performance of innovative biphilic boiling surfaces designed for CPU cooling applications using a two‐phase closed thermosyphon (TPCT) system. The surfaces were fabricated by applying composite coatings—comprising epoxy resin and diatomite particles functionalized with APTES and PFOTS silanes— onto Al1050 ...

Water‐Mediated Ligand Dynamics Enable Solution‐Phase Self‐Assembly of Perovskite Nanocrystals Into 3D Ordered Architectures

open access: yesSmall, Volume 22, Issue 26, 8 May 2026.
Cooperative water‐mediated ligand–ligand interactions in a mixed‐ligand environment regulate nanocrystal growth and assembly, enabling rapid self‐assembly of CsPbBr3 nanocrystals into structurally stable and highly emissive superlattices directly in the liquid phase.
