Assessing Novel Antibody‐Based Therapies in Reconstructive 3D Cell Models of the Tumor Microenvironment

3D cell‐based models are established to assess the effects of antibody‐based strategies targeting the breast cancer microenvironment. Co‐culturing multicellular spheroids with fibroblasts allowed us to determine the specificity of antibody‐drug conjugates toward cancer cells while indicating the potency of different payloads.
