Placenta percreta with urinary bladder invasion is a rare but potentially lethal condition with a high mortality rate. A 28 years old woman, gravida three para two with previous 2 cesarean deliveries, at 30 weeks of gestation, was admitted with frank haematuria. The diagnosis of placenta percreta with involvement of urinary bladder was confirmed.
