Mineralogical and Geochemical Characteristics of Placer and Ore Gold in the Upper Reaches of the Amazar River (Mogochinsky Gold Mining District, Eastern Transbaikalia)

open access: yesGeoresursy
A detailed study of gold from placers and eluvium of the ore zones of the Amazarkan deposit, located in the basin of the three upper tributaries of the Amazar River, was carried out. The placers are not very far from the primary sources.

Nanoscale Spatial Tuning of Superconductivity in Cuprate Thin Films via Direct Laser Writing

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Maskless direct laser writing enables local control of oxygen stoichiometry in epitaxial YBCO thin films under ambient conditions. Sub‐micrometer grayscale patterns with tunable optical response and superconducting transport properties are achieved.

Biomimetic Microfractals Based Flexible Triboelectric Nanogenerators

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
A leaf‐skeleton‐based microfractal architecture is integrated with guided CuNW networks and biomimetic triboelectric polymer layers, enabling breathable, flexible, and material‐efficient triboelectric nanogenerators. The resulting system combines enhanced charge generation and charge transport, offering potential for next‐generation self‐powered ...

Development of Multifunctional Hierarchically Restructured Antibacterial Neural Interfacing Electrodes via Plasma‐Enhanced Atomic Layer Deposition of Zinc Oxide Thin Films

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Next‐generation implantable neural‐interfacing devices are increasingly constrained by the coupled demands of electrode miniaturization, electrochemical performance, and implantation infection risk. Femtosecond laser–based hierarchical surface restructuring (HSR) technology has emerged as a scalable, manufacturing‐compatible platform for ...

Forecasting for new lode-placer gold objects in the southwestern ending of the Kurtushibinsky metallogenic zone, based on the digital relief analysis

open access: yesРуды и металлы
The article provides conclusions on the history of development of the topography within the Kurtushibinsky metallogenic zone, based on compilation of maps of the vertex and base surfaces of different levels. The areas of erosion and accumulation of loose

Placer-lode gold relationships in the Nansen placer district, Yukon

open access: yes, 2016
Compositional studies have been undertaken on gold particles recovered from hypogene ore, eluvial material and placer samples in and around the Klaza property. These data have been correlated with previous descriptions of in situ mineralization to elucidate placer-lode relationships and systematic change in gold compositions between porphyry and ...

Functionalizing Micro‐to‐Mesoscopic Electrode Architectures for Regulating Electron Transfer Behaviors in Electrocatalysis

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
A systematic review is conducted to assess the influence of electrode architecture across micro‐ to mesoscopic length scales on electron‐transfer pathways in electrocatalysis. We discuss the structure‐activity relationships in electrocatalytic applications, including resource recovery and environmental remediation, and provide cost‐effective, efficient

THIN AND DISPERSED GOLD PLACER OF THE SEDIMENTARY COVER OF THE NORTHWESTERN BLACK SEA COAST. PROBLEMS AND PROSPECTS

open access: yesГеологія і корисні копалини Світового океану, 2019
According to foreign studies, significant (including industrial) concentrations of small and thin gold (STG) were found in quaternary sediments of syneclises and avlacogens of the East European platform.

Conformational Switching of Proteins on Material Surfaces Enabled by Peptide‐Oriented Adsorption

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Responsive biointerfaces could be achieved using conformationally responsive proteins; however, their interconversion can be lost upon surface adsorption. Herein, we demonstrate that the incorporation a Au binding peptide into calmodulin allows for binding control on Au wherein the protein retains conformational switching. This capability was confirmed
