Sphingosine‐1‐Phosphate Receptor 1 Promotes Ovarian Cancer Tumorsphere Proliferation and Metastasis

In high‐grade serous ovarian cancer, malignant ascites frequently arise as ovarian cancer cells shed from the primary tumor and aggregate into tumorspheres, severely limiting treatment success. To date, little is known about the mechanisms governing tumorsphere endurance and metastasis within the ascites once formed.

Automated Imaging of Cultured Bacteria in Picoliter Droplets by Coherent Anti‐Stokes Raman Scattering and Two‐Photon Excited Fluorescence Microscopy

We present an automated system that combines an image‐based fuzzy logic controller for precise positioning of microfluidic picoliter droplets with nonlinear microscopy, using CARS and TPEF modalities for detailed analysis of droplet composition. Time series and z‐stack images of E. coli, B. subtilis, and M. arborescens were recorded.

Contrasted habitat selection among Eurasian curlew populations according to landscape heterogeneity and breeding stage

This study aimed to quantify the spatio‐temporal use of breeding environments by the Eurasian curlew in 5 contrasting agricultural landscapes. To this end, 64 individuals were tagged with GPS devices to assess their space use according to their breeding stages and define their foraging habitat selection.
