Cu Planarization in Electrochemical Mechanical Planarization
Journal of The Electrochemical Society, 2006The electrochemical mechanical planarization (Ecmp) process is a revolutionary planarization technology uniquely combining removal rate controlled by charge with superior planarization efficiency in the near no-shear regime. A planarization mechanism for Ecmp is proposed to explain the high planarization efficiency.

Planar and Non-Planar Aromatic Systems
1963Publisher Summary This chapter focuses on deviations from planar aromatic systems. Such deviations may be observed in a variety of ways, both qualitatively, as by resolution into optical antipodes, or quantitatively, as by X-ray analysis. The quantitative results obtained vary widely in accuracy and there is much need for revision.

Recent developments in planar electrochromatography (PEC) in both the normal-phase and the reversed-phase modes, and at both atmospheric and elevated pressure, are reviewed. Other forced-flow techniques in planar chromatography are also briefly covered.
