From Photo‐Damage to Self‐Healing in Thin Film Pb‐Iodide Perovskites: Action at a Distance
Fluorescence imaging uncovers pronounced spatial and temporal changes in photoluminescence of halide perovskite films following laser‐induced damage. Modifications spatially extend well beyond the illuminated region and evolve over distinct time scales ranging from seconds to many hours, revealing material‐specific self‐healing pathways. These findings

Empirical Stability Criteria for 3D Hierarchical Triple Systems. I. Circumbinary Planets
In this work we revisit the problem of the dynamical stability of hierarchical triple systems with applications to circumbinary planetary orbits. We derive critical semimajor axes based on simulating and analyzing the dynamical behavior of 3 × 10 ^8 ...

For an amphibious high‐resolution compound eye vision system, environment‐adaptive self‐aligned waveguides are integrated with high‐density flat microlenses. Fabrication, optical performance, and environmental adaptability are investigated, demonstrating stable focusing, efficient light collection, and enhanced spatial resolution.

Incipient continent formation by shallow melting of an altered mafic protocrust
Understanding how Earth’s continental nuclei first formed in the Archean eon (4.0–2.5 Ga) underpins our notions of early Earth geodynamics. Yet, the nature of Earth’s early protocrust and the primary mechanism for its transformation are poorly understood,

Micromachined Double‐Membrane Mechanically Tunable Metamaterial for Thermal Infrared Filtering
Herein, a mechanically tunable double‐layer plasmonic metamaterial leveraging the extraordinary optical transmission effect observed in subwavelength arrays of openings within thin metal layers is presented. The concept is experimentally validated by integrating the proposed metamaterial structure into an electrostatic parallel‐plate actuator to create
