3D‐Printed Metal‐Supported MOF‐Heteropoly Acid Nanozyme for High‐Performance Peroxidase‐Mimic Activity and Ultra‐Sensitive Glucose Detection

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A hierarchically structured Fe‐BTC‐PMA immobilized 3D‐printed platform is engineered as a robust artificial enzyme for colorimetric glucose sensing. The hybrid architecture efficiently activates H2O2 to drive TMB oxidation. This integrated system enables sensitive, reusable, and scalable detection with enhanced catalytic stability and analytical ...

Engineering of Crystal and Domain Structures in Epitaxial Y:HfO2 Thin Films by YSZ Substrate Miscut

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
We investigate how YSZ substrate miscut influences crystal structure and domain formation in epitaxial Y‐doped HfO2 thin films. Using magnetron sputtering, high‐resolution X‐ray diffraction, atomic‐resolution scanning transmission electron microscopy, and first‐principles calculations, we systematically examine the characteristics of thickness‐ and ...

The TOI-2427 system: Two close-in planets orbiting a late K-dwarf star

open access: yes
Using high-precision photometry, NASA’s TESS space mission has discovered many intriguing transiting planet candidates. These discoveries require ground-based follow-up observations, including high-precision Doppler spectroscopy, to rule out false ...

HYDROCARBON MEASUREMENTS AND THEIR USE AS ATMOSPHERIC TRACERS [PDF]

open access: yes, 2013
Non-methane hydrocarbons (NMHCs) have been measured in the boundary layer and free troposphere to investigate their behaviour under different atmospheric chemical regimes.

Epitaxial Stabilization of Ultrasmall Cu Nanoparticles With High‐Energy {110} Facets on Ti3C2 MXene for Efficient CO2‐to‐Acetate Electrocatalysis

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Cu/Ti3C2 heterostructure: Cu/Ti3C2 heterostructure achieves epitaxial stabilization of high‐energy Cu(110) facets through lattice matching and electronic interaction, enabling efficient CO2 electroreduction to acetate with 42.5% Faradaic efficiency at 235 mA·cm−2. ABSTRACT The electrochemical CO2 reduction reaction (CO2RR) to multicarbon (C2+) products

Jupiter and Its Galilean Satellites

open access: yes, 2012
Jupiter is one of the two most studied planets other than Earth in our Solar System. It is the largest, fastest rotating, has the strongest magnetic field, and an incredibly diverse set of satellites, most prominent of which are the four Galilean ...

Reinforcing Oxygen Activation of Spinel Oxide via Mn─O Covalency Engineering for VOCs Oxidation

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A MnCo spinel catalyst with weakened Mn─O covalency was synthesized via a hard‐template method. The reduced Mn─O covalency facilitates localized electron redistribution, promoting the activation of both molecular oxygen and lattice oxygen, and thereby enabling the efficient and complete oxidation of VOCs (ethyl acetate, toluene, and propane).

Laboratory studies of low temperature rate coefficients: The atmospheric chemistry of the outer planets

open access: yes, 1992
The purpose of the project is to perform laboratory measurements of reaction rate coefficients at low temperature. The reactions and temperatures of interest are those that are important in the chemistry of the hydrocarbon rich atmospheres of the outer ...
