Dual-Stream Architecture Enhanced by Soft-Attention Mechanism for Plant Species Classification
Plants play a vital role in numerous domains, including medicine, agriculture, and environmental balance. Furthermore, they contribute to the production of oxygen and the retention of carbon dioxide, both of which are necessary for living beings ...

Early‐life exposure to a high‐fat diet altered intact Achilles tendons in rat offspring, making them thinner, stiffer, and molecularly distinct even without injury. These findings suggest that developmental high‐fat diet exposure may impair tendon quality and increase susceptibility to mechanical overload or tendon injury later in life.

Partial resistance is generally considered to be a durable form of resistance. In barley, Rphq2, Rphq3 and Rphq4 have been identified as consistent quantitative trait loci (QTLs) for partial resistance to the barley leaf rust pathogen Puccinia hordei ...

Versatile vector tools for efficient protein screening across multiple expression systems
A unified vector toolkit enables rapid protein expression screening across E. coli, insect, and mammalian cells. A single primer pair amplifies the target gene, which is inserted into any vector via a standardized interface. This streamlined workflow eliminates repeated cloning steps, accelerating the identification of optimal expression conditions for

Developing a communications architecture based on WCF for use in nuclear power plant simulators [PDF]
Communications play the main role in the development of system architectures where their different parts have to continually exchange data. Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) has been designed to offer a manageable approach to distributed computing,

The crystal structure of Borrelia burgdorferi nicotinamidase (PncA/BBE22) reveals the correct full‐length protein initiated from a non‐canonical AUU start codon. The structure validates previous biochemical findings and resolves a long‐standing annotation error, demonstrating that the truncated database sequence is structurally incompatible with the ...

Plants exhibit phenotypical plasticity. Their general body plan is genetically determined, but plant architecture and branching patterns are variable and can be adjusted to the prevailing environmental conditions. The modular design of the plant facilitates such morphological adaptations. The prerequisite for the formation of a branch is the initiation
