Reductive Supramolecular In Situ Construction of Nano‐Platinum Effectively Couples Cathodic Hydrogen Evolution and Anodic Alcohol Oxidation

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
The supramolecular framework reductant is developed to realize the in situ construction of highly dispersed ultrafine nano‐Pt. The nano‐Pt supported on the BCN carrier realizes multi‐scenario electrocatalytic water hydrogen production, and establish a high‐performance cathode hydrogen evolution‐anode methanol oxidation coupling system, presenting a low‐

Transforming the Poison Effects of Water Vapor into Benefits Over Adjustable Dual Acid Sites for Stable Plasma‐Catalysis

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
YxMnyOx+2y catalyst provides dual active sites of Lewis acid (Y3+) and Mn for the co‐adsorption of H2O and O3, and the fast dissociation of adsorbed H2O to surface *OH. Then, a newly OH‐accompanied pathway for O3 decomposition is formed, transforming H2O to active ·OH radical, with the assistance of high energy electrons in the plasma.

Ligand Engineering of Co‐N4 Single‐Atom Catalysts for Highly‐Active and Stable Acidic Oxygen Evolution

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study highlights the effects of metal – ligand distance on d electron structure and orbital configuration of single atom catalysts (SACs) and their corresponding oxygen evolution reaction (OER) catalytic activity and stability based on the ligand engineering.
