Plasma rotation in a plasma generator
Physical Review E, 2000The plasma rotation in a linear magnetic configuration has been investigated by means of high-resolution Doppler-spectroscopy. The effects of external device parameters and ion mass as well as the radial profiles have been studied. A simple model, based on the conservation of the total angular momentum, explains the main empirically determined ...

Wearable Plasma Clothes of Plasma Pad, Plasma Cap, and Plasma Shoes
2018 IEEE International Conference on Plasma Science (ICOPS), 2018Wearable plasma clothes are fabricated as hybrid type of dielectric barrier discharge (DBD) plasma treatment system, whereby the restrictions on treatment time and size of the treated area are eliminated. A flexible and wearable plasma system of various sizes can be applied to skin, head, and feet of human.

Wearable plasma-devices involving a dielectric barrier discharge (DBD) are introduced. The conventional devices of the atmospheric pressure plasmas, a DBD and a plasma jet developed last decades, have an inconvenient for some cases requiring a frequent treatment, a long period therapy, and a significantly large area to be exposed with the plasma.

Plasma maser theory for magnetized plasma
Physical Review A, 1987The plasma maser theory of Langmuir waves produced from interaction between ion-wave turbulence and electrons in magnetized plasma is presented. The most dominant destabilizing effect comes from the polarization term. The instability occurs even for the Maxwell electron distribution function.

We give here a brief introduction to the plasma state. We consider the basic resonance processes in a plasma, in particular, the mode resonances and the particle resonances. We discuss the various mechanisms leading to complex behavior of particles and waves in a plasma.
