Fabrication of a multi-stage plasma synthetic jet actuator using printed electronics
A new concept of electrode shape and arrangement is proposed to develop a multi-stage plasma synthetic jet actuator for the low-voltage operation. Exposed and covered electrodes, which have complicated shapes due to electrical wiring to the inner side of

Plasma actuator: Influence of dielectric surface temperature [PDF]
Plasma actuators have become the topic of interest of many researchers for the purpose of flow control. They have the advantage of manipulating the flow without the need for any moving parts, a small surface profile which does not disturb the free stream flow, and the ability to switch them on or off depending on the particular situation (active flow ...

Additive Manufacturing of Alumina‐Reinforced Elastomers
Vat‐photopolymerized elastomers reinforced with platelet‐shaped alumina exhibited preferential orientation, reduced porosity, and significantly enhanced mechanical performance. A 3 wt% platelet loading increased tensile strength from 12.4 to 45.7 MPa, highlighting the critical role of filler morphology in elastomeric VPP composites.

Edible electronics needs integrated logic circuits for computation and control. This work presents a potentially edible printed chitosan‐gated transistor with a design optimized for integration in circuits. Its implementation in integrated logic gates and circuits operating at low voltage (0.7 V) is demonstrated, as well as the compatibility with an ...
