First data on plasmodial slime moulds (Myxomycetes = Myxogastrea) of Rdeysky Nature Reserve (Novgorod Region, Russia)

Novosti sistematiki nizshikh rastenii, 2021
The results of the first study of the species diversity of myxomycetes of the Rdeysky State Nature Reserve are presented. The 201 field specimens of sporophores belonging to 56 morphospecies from 27 genera, ten families, and six orders were collected from September 30 to October 5, 2020. Temperature-sensitive mutants of the slime mould Physarum polycephalum

Molecular and General Genetics MGG, 1976
Methods are described for the isolation and testing of temperature-sensitive plasmodial strains of Physarum polycephalum. Nineteen temperature-sensitive strains were found by screening plasmodia derived from mutagenised amoebae and the properties of these are described.

Structure and Biosynthesis of Chrysophysarin A, a Plasmodial Pigment from the Slime Mould Physarum polycephalum (Myxomycetes)

Tetrahedron, 2000
Abstract A yellow optically-active pigment, chrysophysarin A ( 1 ), has been isolated from microplasmodia of the slime mould Physarum polycephalum . The structure was established by means of 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopy and mass spectrometry. The absolute configuration was assigned by the synthesis of N -(3,3-dimethylacryloyl) derivatives of ( S ...
