Fuel‐free Cu2O‐based micromotors functionalized with β‐cyclodextrin actively remove bisphenol A from water under visible light. The cyclodextrin shell captures BPA and enhances micromotor motility, leading to faster degradation and higher overall removal than nonfunctionalized Cu2O and Cu2O@Au.

A nanoparticle‐cluster‐on‐mirror (NPcoM) serves as a functionally deterministic sub‐nanocavity that emulates picocavities, enabling extreme light–matter interactions and polaritonic phenomena. ABSTRACT Pushing nanoscale optical confinement to its ultimate limits defines the regime of nano‐cavity quantum electrodynamics (nano‐cQED), where light‐matter ...

Plasmonic Properties of Individual Bismuth Nanoparticles
Bismuth nanoparticles are being investigated due to their reported photothermal and photocatalytic properties. In this study, we synthesised spherical bismuth nanoparticles (50-600 nm) and investigated their structural and optical properties at the single particle level using analytical transmission electron microscopy.

ABSTRACT Hydrogen sulfide (H2S) can be transformed into hydrogen (H2) through several chemical and catalytic processes, offering a promising route for both waste treatment and clean H2 production. This colorless, flammable, and toxic gas is found abundantly in swamps, volcanoes, hot springs, sewages, other natural gas fields, and even in refineries and

SERS Facemask for Rapid and Portable Sensing Mycobacterium Tuberculosis Antigens for TB Screening
Our study introduced an Au─Ag embedded covalent organic framework (U@COF) ‐mediated facemask for sensing TB antigen ESAT‐6/CFP‐10 complex in clinical droplet samples toward TB screening. Practical analysis of clinical samples demonstrated the availability of our facemask, which is capable of identifying the TB subjects (N = 17) from healthy candidates (

Plasmon-Mediated Photopolymerization Maps Plasmon Fields for Silver Nanoparticles
Visible light exposure of films containing silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) shows that the enhanced field around AgNPs in a thin film containing an azo free radical initiator (AIBN) and a triacrylate selectively cross-links the triacrylate within the plasmonic region around the particles.
