They cannot explain why the sets (de rebus) are all the sets. This constitutes the Ur‐Objection against necessitism; it is the primary motivation cited by potentialists about set theory.

A New High‐Pressure Polymorph of MgTe2O5 with a Unique Crystal Structure
European Journal of Inorganic Chemistry, Volume 29, Issue 26, 16 September 2026.MgTe2O5 synthesized under special high‐pressure/high‐temperature conditions of 8 GPa and 800 °C exhibits a unique crystal structure consisting of fused sechser rings built from pseudooctahedral [TeO5]6– and trigonal‐pyramidal [TeO3]2– units. The single‐crystal structure and temperature‐dependent powder diffraction data are presented.

Self‐Cooling Molecular Spin Qudits
Advanced Materials, Volume 38, Issue 51, 11 September 2026.A material made of [GdEr] molecular dimers can encode a qudit and perform as a magnetic refrigerant. Microwave resonant pulses coherently manipulate its 16 spin states, while direct demagnetization measurements cool the material and a device down to temperatures below 1 K.
