Quantum Information and Computation, 2021 We present a construction of highly entangled states defined on the topology of a platonic solid using tensor networks based on ancillary Absolute Maximally Entangled (AME) states. We illustrate the idea using the example of a quantum state based on AME(5,2) over a dodecahedron.

Platonic Hyperbolic Monopoles [PDF]
Communications in Mathematical Physics, 2014 We construct a number of explicit examples of hyperbolic monopoles, with various charges and often with some platonic symmetry. The fields are obtained from instanton data in four-dimensional Euclidean space that are invariant under a circle action, and in most cases the monopole charge is equal to the instanton charge.

Physics Letters B, 2004 We construct sphaleron solutions in Weinberg-Salam theory, which possess only discrete symmetries. Related to rational maps of degree N, these sphalerons carry baryon number Q_B=N/2. The energy density of these sphalerons reflects their discrete symmetries.
