ABSTRACT Objective We describe a series of pregnancies with autosomal dominant lymphedema and generalized lymphatic dysplasia in the fetus diagnosed with prenatal exome or genome sequencing. We focus on specific syndromes, fetal features, and parental symptoms to deepen our understanding of congenital lymphatic anomalies.

Abstract ROS1‐rearranged lung adenocarcinoma is a rare subset of non‐small‐cell lung cancer, typically occurring in young never‐smokers. Its occurrence in very young men with a fluid‐dominant presentation is unusual and may lead to diagnostic pitfalls.

There is no gold standard for detecting amiodarone‐induced‐lung injury (AILD). Dual‐Energy‐Computed‐Tomography (DECT) depicts iodine deposition in lungs abnormalities and the liver. We found a substantial correlation between the DECT assessment of AILD and comprehensive clinical evaluation of AILD. DECT can assist in the diagnosis of AILD.

This article highlights the fibrous morphology of multiwalled carbon nanotubes as a key factor in their genotoxicity. Fibers physically interfere in cell division, generating binucleated cells and micronuclei, both of which are precursors of carcinogenesis.
