Thoracic radiotherapy may enhance the survival of patients with low‐risk advanced lung adenocarcinoma based on protein biomarkers

The prognosis of LUAD was significantly influenced by many clinical and protein biomarkers. A risk model was developed to help identify advanced LUAD patients who would benefit from thoracic radiotherapy, and thoracic radiotherapy just significantly improved the survival of low‐risk patients but not that of high‐risk.

Optic nerve sheath meningioma exhibits neural niche‐associated transcriptomic features and rare copy number variation‐linked evolution

Optic nerve sheath meningiomas are typically NF2‐intact with few copy number alterations and are generally clinically indolent. Rare aggressive recurrences are associated with progressive accumulation of copy number variations, including CDKN2A/B homozygous deletion, 1q gain, and 14q loss.

Cancer‐specific antihuman podoplanin antibody chLpMab‐2f exerted antibody‐dependent cellular cytotoxicity and complement‐dependent cytotoxicity against pleural mesothelioma (PM) cell lines. Additionally, chLpMab‐2f inhibited tumor progression in mice with subcutaneously and intrathoracically transplanted human PM cells.

Cilazapril-induced pleural effusion: A case report and review of the literature
