Pleurectomy for spontaneous nonspecific pneumothorax

The occurrence of spontaneous nonspecific pneumothorax is associated with degenerative fibrous changes in the interstitial tissue, mainly in the cortical parts of the lung, leading to a violation of the elasticity of the lung tissue with the formation of blisters.
