Harmonizing NAD+ metabolism with CeMOF nanozyme to orchestrate intraocular pressure modulation for glaucoma treatment

Our findings demonstrate that NAD+ metabolism dysregulation contributes to elevated intraocular pressure in glaucoma. Supplementation with NAD+ precursors reduces IOP by alleviating oxidative stress, cellular senescence, and extracellular matrix deposition.

Proliferative and neoplastic aural pinna masses in a collection of African giant pouched rats (Cricetomys ansorgei)

Abstract This case series describes aural lesions occurring in five African giant pouched rats (Cricetomys ansorgei) residing at a single zoological institution in southern California. Age of onset ranged from 3 to 7 years. Lesions occurred as single or multiple masses on one or both ears. A single case also developed a nasal mass.

Abstract Canine myxosarcomas are an uncommon group of tumours, with therapeutic modalities still under research. This case report describes a vertebral myxosarcoma in a 5‐year‐old, mixed‐breed dog causing pelvic limb ataxia. Diagnostic modalities included computed tomography and histopathology.
