On the Use of Control Variables in PLS-SEM = Sull’Uso delle Variabili di Controllo nei PLS-SEM

open access: yes, 2019
Several authors have recently devoted more attention to the control variables methodological issue. Despite many recommendations to handle these variables more efficiently, good practices are still widely disregarded, and especially this topic has not yet been studied in depth for structural equation models.

Enabling Strategic Change Toward Resilience: A Systematic Review From a Dynamic Capabilities Perspective

open access: yesStrategic Change, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT This study identifies six dynamic capabilities (DCs), which enable corporates' strategic change toward resilience in today's increasingly volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous (VUCA) business environment. In this context, pertinent research has proven DCs' conduciveness for corporates to enhance their levels of resilience.

Hierarchical Glass Fiber Superstructures with Supramolecular Nanofibers for the Nucleation of Isotactic Polypropylene

open access: yesMacromolecular Materials and Engineering, EarlyView.
Supramolecular nucleating agents for isotactic propylene (iPP), namely 1,3,5‐benzene trisamides, are studied for the preparation of supramolecular nanofibers via physical vapor deposition. Hierarchical superstructures are prepared by decorating glass fiber nonwoven with supramolecular nanofibers.
