One precious advantage of speech synthesis over speech recognition is that in both training and testing phases of synthesis, contextual information is available.

On the particle-plus-rotor model
Nuclear Physics A, 1981Abstract Starting from the particle-plus-rotor model a cranking equation with an effective particle hamiltonian is derived. Calculations are presented for the case of particles confined to an i 13 2 valence shell. The cranking equation is solved within the HFB approximations and results are compared with the exact solutions.
