Detent force analysis and structure improvement of PMLSM
2011 International Conference on Consumer Electronics, Communications and Networks (CECNet), 2011Detent force is the main component of thrust ripple which is one of the unique characteristics of permanent magnetic linear synchronous motor (PMLSM). This paper briefly analyzes the causes and features of the detent force, and presents an improved structure of PMLSM on the basis of position shift and phase shift superposition method of multiple motors.
