Gastropericardial fistulas (GCs) are exceedingly rare in the reported literature. Etiologies include prior abdominal surgery, malignancy, and perforated gastric ulcers. Presenting symptoms range from chest pain to cardiac tamponade. Early imaging can help delineate the origin of the fistula.
