Abstract A horse presented to the referral hospital for pyrexia and unilateral nasal discharge. Computed tomographic examination demonstrated changes consistent with unilateral primary sinusitis. Frontal and rostral maxillary trephination facilitated sinoscopy and lavage of the paranasal sinuses.
