In Alzheimer's disease, SIRT5 downregulation enhances TRIM25‐mediated succinylation of HNRNPC at K50, increasing its stability. Stabilized HNRNPC upregulates YME1L1 expression via an m6A‐dependent mechanism, leading to OPA1 hydrolysis dysregulation, mitochondrial fission‐fusion imbalance, ROS overproduction, and neuronal death.

Abstract Conventional optical coherence tomography (OCT) has a floor effect in patients with severe visual field loss, such as seen in advanced primary open‐angle glaucoma (POAG). This study investigates shampoo foam acoustics' impact on hair washing experience using binaural recordings and psychoacoustic analysis. Distinct foam sound profiles elicited varying emotional responses; early lathering induced negative emotions while later phases were positive.
