Multidimensional Cellular Micro‐Compartments to Model Invasive Lobular Carcinoma Dormancy
Invasive lobular carcinoma (ILC) is an understudied subtype of breast cancer that is susceptible to late recurrences. In this study, micro‐compartmentalization techniques spanning multiple dimensions, including 2D, pseudo‐3D, and 3D, are integrated to uncover the mechanisms underlying ILC dormancy, revealing the central role of p27Kip1.

Dynamics and statistical mechanics of point vortices in bounded domains [PDF]
A general treatment of the dynamics and statistical mechanics of point vortices in bounded domains is introduced in Chapter 1. Chapter 2 then considers high positive energy statistical mechanics of 2D Euler vortices.

Gonzalez Martinez and collaborators develop a strategy to formulate high performance GelMA‐based bioinks with low solids contents. The resulting bioinks enable 3D bioprinting at 37 °C of high‐fidelity structures with tunable mechanical properties that support high cell viability and function.

This review examines how cellular behavior is regulated by mechanical cues transmitted through soft biomaterials, from single‐cell mechanosensing to tissue‐level adaptation. It highlights why physiological relevance, rather than model complexity alone, is critical for translational mechanobiology and introduces a scoring framework linking material ...

Gellan gum fluid gel (FG) enables controlled ocular delivery of mesenchymal stromal cell (MSC)‐derived extracellular vesicles (EV). Its shear‐thinning, solid‐liquid‐solid rheology ensures prolonged ocular retention. Sustained MSC‐EV release (∼18% in 6 hrs) supports effective EV ocular delivery.

Electrodynamics of vortices in quasi-two-dimensional scalar Bose-Einstein condensates
In two spatial dimensions, vortex-vortex interactions approximately vary with the logarithm of the inter-vortex distance, making it possible to describe an ensemble of vortices as a Coulomb gas.

We introduce a new fabrication method that overcomes the current limitation of tubular gap electrospinning. We successfully fabricated a seamless hollow tube with fibers aligned along the longitudinal axis in diameters as small as 300 µm, and then reinforced it using 4‐axis 3D printing.

Peritoneal carcinomatosis is a hard‐to‐treat spread of abdominal cancers that often returns after therapy. Nanoparticles were developed to retain an immune‐boosting drug in the abdomen. When combined with chemotherapy in mice, this approach eliminated tumors in many cases and prevented recurrence, helping the immune system mount a stronger, longer ...
