Normalization of a Poisson algebra is Poisson [PDF]
We prove that the integral closure of a Poisson algebra $A$ over a field of characteristic 0 is again a Poisson algebra.

Curvature‐tuned auxetic lattices are designed, fabricated, and mechanically characterized to reveal how geometric curvature governs stretchability, stress redistribution, and Poisson's ratio evolution. Photoelastic experiments visualize stress pathways, while hyperelastic simulations quantify deformation mechanics.

Co-Poisson structures on polynomial Hopf algebras
The Hopf dual $H^\circ$ of any Poisson Hopf algebra $H$ is proved to be a co-Poisson Hopf algebra provided $H$ is noetherian. Without noetherian assumption, it is not true in general.

ANALYSIS OF SERIAL QUEUES LINKED WITH NON-SERIAL SERVICE CHANNELS CHARACTERIZED BY FEEDBACK AND CUSTOMERS’ BEHAVIOUR [PDF]
This research primarily presents a model involving R-serial service channels connected to S non-serial service channels. Feedback mechanisms are applied to the serial queues, while balking and reneging behaviors, triggered by urgent calls/messages or ...

Conformal Anomaly in Yang-Mills Theory and Thermodynamics of Open Confining Strings
We discuss thermodynamic properties of open confining strings introduced via static sources in the vacuum of Yang-Mills theory. We derive new sum rules for the chromoelectric and chromomagnetic condensates and use them to show that the presence of the ...

Poisson homology of r-matrix type orbits I: example of computation
In this paper we consider the Poisson algebraic structure associated with a classical $r$-matrix, i.e. with a solution of the modified classical Yang--Baxter equation.

Four‐point bending tests are conducted in an argon atmosphere on commercial MgO‐C brick grades with and without MgO‐C recyclate from room temperature up to 1300 °C. No detrimental effect of the MgO‐C recyclates on bending strength is found. Instead, a decisive influence of the total carbon content is observed, with lower total carbon contents ...

Phase quantification using deep neural network processing of XRD patterns
Mineral identification and quantification are key to the understanding and, hence, the capacity to predict material properties. The method of choice for mineral quantification is powder X-ray diffraction (XRD), generally using a Rietveld refinement ...
