A Study on Determinants of the Number of Birth : Poisson ML Estimation
, 2015 본 연구의 목적은 한국 기혼여성의 출산결정요인을 분석하는 것이다. 여성이 일생동안 출산하는 자녀수가 음이 아닌 정수이므로 논문에서 주목하는 종속변수 즉, 출산 횟수가 포아송 분포를 따른다고 가정한다. 포아송 확률 분포를 사용하여 III장에서는 최대우도추정법(MLE)를 통해 추정결과를 얻는다. 그 결과 여성의 월평균소득과 결혼당시연령 그리고 종교유무여부가 중요한 요인으로 드러났다.
