Synthesis, Biological Evaluation, and Theoretical Study of Indenoquinolinylphosphine Oxide Derivatives as Topoisomerase 1 Inhibitors and Antiproliferative Agents

The topoisomerase I inhibition and antiproliferative activities of phosphorated indenoquinoline derivatives were investigated. The target hybrid quinoline and tetrahydroquinoline compounds were synthesized via a two‐step Povarov‐type cycloaddition.

The Influence of the Electrolyte on Lithium Transport Through the DAAQ‐TFP‐COF Structure: A Molecular Dynamics Study

We study the interaction between a DAAQ‐TFP‐COF based electrode and two differente electrolytes, LiTFSI@TEGDME and LiPF6@EC/DEC, with classical molecular dynamics. We adress the correlation between structural properties and ion transport mechanisms. We stress the importance of the choice of the electrolyte in battery design.

ABSTRACT This paper analyzes the dynamic behavior of a two‐degree‐of‐freedom system subjected to electromagnetic interaction modelled through a skew‐symmetric coupling matrix. The system comprises two mechanically independent oscillators coupled by velocity‐dependent electromagnetic forces.
